Instructions to Request an Adjusted Schedule
As a worker you may need to request an alternate work schedule. Based on pre-configured work schedules designed for the University, Workday makes it easy to send a request to your supervisor for a work schedule change.
From the Search Bar
1. Type Request Work Schedule.
2. Select Request Work Schedule.
3. Enter Start Date (required) and End Date.
4. Click the related actions , select By Group>SLU Flexible Policy Approved Schedule, scroll and find the schedule for your University you want to select.
5. Click OK.
6. Click Done.
Note: For specific questions regarding work schedules speak to your immediate supervisor.
