This is for students who receive a Warning status. This applies to any student who doesn't meet SAP for the first time.
Dear student,
Because your grades from last semester did not meet Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) standards, you are now on SAP Warning.
What this means for you:
You can still receive financial aid for one more semester.
However, you must improve your academic performance next semester to meet SAP standards.
If you don’t meet SAP after next semester, you will be placed on financial aid suspension, which makes you ineligible for federal financial aid.
To stay on track:
Check out the SAP policy here: southeastern.edu/sap
Talk to your academic advisor ASAP to make a plan to ensure you meet SAP standards.
Use campus resources to help achieve and maintain academic success.
If you have additional questions regarding your SAP status, please contact the Office of Financial Aid & Scholarships at (985) 549-2244 or email finaid@southeastern.edu.
