If you become a client, we collect and store:

Only your therapist and authorized personnel under confidentiality agreements have access.

We retain therapy records for the legally mandated period:
EU: 7–10 years
Thailand: 5–10 years
US (California): At least 7 years from final session
After that, records are securely deleted or anonymized.
You may request to see your records.
You may ask for corrections or clarifications.
In some cases, you can request deletion (subject to legal limits).
Please submit your request in writing, and I will respond within a reasonable timeframe. There may be a fee for administrative costs associated with retrieving and providing copies. In certain circumstances allowed by law, I may deny access to your records, such as if disclosure could seriously harm your health or safety.
Overseas Data Transfer
I will not transfer your information to overseas recipients unless I have your consent or am legally required to do so.
