Ensure your internet speeds are at least 30mbps down and at least 20mbps up.
If they are not 30mbps up/down, please reach out to your ISP about faster internet speeds.
Five9 disconnects after leaving for break/lunch/etc
Five9 disconnecting after being away for an extended period of time is normal. Please login again.
Five9 is not working inside SelectCare, but works outside SelectCare (or vice versa)
You should only ever use Five9 in one location at a time.
Please reach out to your manager for more information on the correct workflow for your role.
How to solve the "Softphone station requires additional component, please install" error.
Click on your Windows Taskbar button.
Locate the Five9 Folder.
Click on "Five9 Softphone Service 10.0" - Please note: clicking on this will not open anything.
Go back to your web browser and clear your cache.
Troubleshooting:
If clearing cache does not resolve this issue, please terminate your web browser and start from scratch.
Reboot computer if necessary.
