Use this guide to set up your Brydge hub.
Ensure all your cables are properly connected to the device.
The Brydge dock does not have three USB-A 2.0 ports - you will need to utilize the USB-A ports on your laptop for any extra equipment (such as your keyboard, mouse, and headset).
The Brydge dock does not come with an external power supply. Please use the 65-Watt power supply that came with your laptop's box in order to use this device.
If you did not receive cables with your dock, did not receive a second shipment, or were sent the wrong cables, please confirm which cables you need here, then reach out to ITTicket@selectquote.com.
