Iliana Garcia

Iliana Garcia is a Senior at Selah High School. She enjoys vinyl, CDs, painting, writing, and listening to music. Music plays a huge role in her life, shaping her emotions and lifting her spirits. She especially enjoys listening to Charli XCX, whose music hypes her up and boosts her mood. 

Iker Flores

Iker Flores is a senior at Selah High School and student editor of the Viking Voice. After high school, he plans to attend YVC and CWU to earn a degree in communications to pursue a career in editing. 

Drew Brewer

Drew Brewer, a sophomore at Selah High School, spends most of his time practicing Baseball and working out. Drew plays for the Marucci Prospects out of Seattle and for his high school. When not practicing, he enjoys fishing and watching his older sister play softball. Drew is extremely competitive and enjoys spending time with his family. 

Shaun Lay

Shaun Lay is a senior at Selah High School. He enjoys wrestling and shooting archery. He wants to go to North Idaho College and pursue wrestling. He also wants to study Physical Therapy while in college. 

Meah Magana

Meah Magana is currently a junior at Selah High School. Outside of school, she enjoys hanging out with friends and family, reading, and watching movies. After high school, she hopes to attend CWU to get her prerequisites for veterinary school. 

Milie Wilkey

This is Milie Wilkey, she is a Senior at Selah High School. She enjoys playing volleyball, spending time with her friends, and especially likes to go boating. After high school, she will attend YVC and later on continue in the ultrasound program.

Braylee Pendleton

Braylee Pendleton is a senior at Selah High School. She grew up in Selah and has gone to school there since pre-school. Braylee spends a lot of her time playing sports such as soccer and basketball. Outside of sports, she likes to hang out with friends and family. After high school, she wants to go to a four-year college to major in business or education. 

Keisha Heredia

Her name is Keisha, and she's seventeen. She likes playing Roblox, and she likes going outside. She likes to thrift, and she likes to hang out with friends, and she loves Halloween, and she likes SpongeBob, Regular Show, and Adventure Time. She also likes to play Fortnite, and she likes to paint, and she likes to draw, and loves to talk to ILIANA

Makenna Pepper

Makenna Pepper is a sophomore in High School. She grew up in Selah and has lived there her entire life. She enjoys playing basketball, hanging out with friends, and shopping. She has 3 older brothers who are currently graduated and in college. She spends most of her time playing high school and AAU basketball. When she graduates, she wants to go to a 4-year college to major in Health Science.

Kaizen Valencia

Kaizen Valencia is a sophomore at Selah High School, spends time playing baseball, going to the gym, and playing with his 2 little brothers. He mostly plays baseball in Seattle and San Diego. He also watches baseball games and UFC events all the time with his dad and friends.

Camryn Adams

Camryn Adams is a sophomore at Selah High School. She spends most of her time dancing on the school’s drill team and at Footlites. She enjoys hanging out with friends and making goals for her future. She plans to become a teacher and the future dance coach of the Selah High School Drill Team.

Rodney Appelhof

Rodney Appelhof is a senior at Selah High School. He wants to either make music,  go to trade school and do carpentry, or work in a kitchen. He enjoys skating and riding BMX in his free time outside of school. He also enjoys cooking, cars, and spending time outside with friends.

Adilene Barrera

Adilene Barrera is a freshman at Selah High School who loves playing soccer. She enjoys being around others and spending time with God. She puts a lot of time and effort into what matters to her the most. She hopes to one day own her own business. Although she's not sure what it will be yet, she’s determined to find it out throughout her High School journey.

Cassandra Poplaski

Cassie Poplaski is a Sophomore at Selah High School. She enjoys music, drawing, playing video games, cooking, playing badminton, and hanging out with friends. In her free time, she's playing video games with her friends online. If she were given a chance, she’d go to a college that would allow her to play badminton professionally.

Noah Chavez

Noah Chavez is a freshman at Selah High School. He enjoys running Cross-Country and track. He loves to hang out with friends and family. Spends most of his time working at his grandparents' restaurant, running, and taking his dog Echo for walks. After high school, Noah wants to attend college for Cross-Country.

Liam Owens

Liam Owens is a sophomore at Selah High School. He enjoys photography and being with his friends. He wants to go into engineering after High School.

Mandy Mcguire

Mandy is a super cool person, they enjoy muckbangs, anime/movies, face timing, and music! They’re pretty much the coolest person in the world, low-key. They also like clothes and expressing themselves. After high school, they are planning on becoming a hair stylist.

Caleb Quantrille

 Caleb is into movies and shows. He enjoys going to the gym, listening to music, and spending time with friends. He also loves to collect DVDs, figures, and wants to start collecting CDs, and after high school, he wants to work in a fire watch tower.

Natalie Mobley

Natalie Mobley is a freshman at Selah High School. She finds happiness in hanging out with friends and family, playing soccer, spending time with God, and listening to old music. She loves to explore the state of Oregon and the beauty of its nature. Natalie plans on going to Central Washington University and becoming an Orthodontist to open her own clinic. 

Dylan Kingston

Dylan Kingston is a senior double-sport athlete. He plays football and baseball for the Viks. In his free time, he likes to fish and hunt. He also likes to hang out with his friends and family. After high school, he plans to work in a trade.

Ellie Wilson

Ellie is a senior at SHS. She enjoys hanging out with her friends, and things like skiing, 

photography, traveling, and Camping. After high school, Ellie plans on going to college and taking a year to travel around Europe.

Kaysea Bullis

Kaysea Bullis is a Sophomore at Selah High School. She wants to be a pediatric nurse. In her free time, she enjoys reading, the paranormal, church, scary movies, music, and being with her friends and sometimes her little brother. Her best friend, Evelyn Miller, is a big part of her life; she’s more like a sister than a friend towards Kaysea. Evelyn tells her when she’s wrong and hypes her up when she’s right. Evelyn Miller, Sophomore. She dances at Selah Footlites dance studio. After high school, she wants to be a criminal psychologist. Angel Balbuena is a sophomore at Selah High School. He enjoys playing soccer, and his favorite thing to do is spend time with his friends and family. After high school, he plans on attending Perry Tech so he can do HVAC as his career. 

Masen Huston

Masen Huston attends Selah High School. He has one cat, and he knows someone with a ferret. He wants to find something interesting to pursue after high school.

Bailey Benjamin

 Bailey Benjamin is currently a Sophomore in high school. She enjoys traveling and plans to slowly travel the world throughout her life. In her free time you can find her spending time with her friends or staying home and watching movies. Later in life, she wants to live in Texas with a family of her own.

Jackson Pepper

 Jackson Pepper is a senior student-athlete at Selah High School. He has played varsity basketball all four years. Jackson likes to hang out with his friends and his family. He likes to eat good food and visit new places. Jackson plans on attending a college to play basketball next year.

Ethan Baltimore

  Ethan Baltimore is currently a senior at Selah High School who enjoys spending most of his free time hanging out and playing with his friends. He participates on the Esports Team and works hard to improve his artistic skills. He also hopes to go into a tech field after high school.

Charlee Miller

 Charlee Miller is a junior at Selah High School. She enjoys reading, baking, and spending time with family. For school, she cheers, runs cross country, and plays tennis. Once done with high school, she plans to attend a four-year university to study pre-law and become a civil rights attorney.

Yazmin Ramirez Brambila

  Yazmin Ramirez Brambila is a senior at Selah High School. After graduating from high school, she plans to attend CWU to get a bachelor's degree in elementary education and a minor in bilingual education. Once she obtains her degree, she hopes to become a dual language first-grade teacher.

Hayden Nelson

  Hayden Nelson is a sophomore in high school. He enjoys playing football. In his free time, you can find him at the gym working out or hanging out with friends and eating food. Later in life, he wants to live in Oregon with his family.

 Timothy Nelson is a senior at Selah High School, he enjoys being outdoors and playing sports. Tim also participates in FFA tractor driving and ag mechanics.

 Jorge Romero is a sophomore at Selah High School. He enjoys playing soccer, and his favorite thing to do is to spend time with family and friends. After high school, he plans on attending college for soccer.

 Jaxon Benge is a sophomore at Selah High School, he plays football and basketball and his favorite thing is to hangout with friends and spend time with his family. He hopes to attend a local college and get a degree in business.

Daniel Wilson is a senior at SHS who competes for the Esports team as one of their top members. Daniel loves hanging out with his friends and plans to work somewhere in tech after high school.

  Khloe Heater is a sophomore at Selah High School. As a freshman, she joined the cheer team and fell in love with the sport. Outside of school, she enjoys traveling and reading. After high school, she plans on attending college to pursue a career in teaching.

 Jakob Frankie Greene

 Jakob Greene is a senior at Selah High School, he enjoys playing sports like football as well as staying active. Jakob plans to attend the University of Washington and study Computer Science/Engineering at the Bill and Malinda Gates hall and become a software developer.

  Avery Brewer, a junior at Selah High School, spends most of her time practicing softball and working out. Avery plays for the Elite National out of Chicago and for her high school. When not practicing, she enjoys watching her younger brother play baseball. Avery is extremely competitive and enjoys spending time with her family. 

Jaxon Benge

 Jaxon Benge is a sophomore at Selah High School, he plays football and basketball and his favorite thing is to hangout with friends and spend time with his family. He hopes to attend a local college and get a degree in business. 

 Dylan Kingston

  Dylan Kingston is a junior at Selah High School. He is a two-sport athlete playing varsity baseball and football for the Vikings. He enjoys fishing hunting and hanging out with friends. After high school, he plans on going to a trade school.

Beau Benjamin

 Beau Benjamin is a senior at selah high school. He has played Baseball, and Basketball all four years. He likes to spend time with family and friends and playing games. He also enjoys eating out, traveling, and going to the Gym. Beau is looking forward to college for baseball in the future.

Grady Andrews

 Grady is a junior at Selah High School, who spends most of his time playing lacrosse or various outside activities. He plays for the high school team as well as a club team. When he isn’t playing sports or outside he enjoys spending his time with his family and friends.

Elizabeth Gutierrez

Elizabeth is a sophomore at Selah High School She enjoys being outside, and has recently started her own bouquet business online. In her alone time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends

Devin loves music and has recently become a big Morgan Wallen fan. He is also a beverage connoisseur and loves carbonation.

Gibson Waggoner

  Gibson Waggoner is a Junior at Selah High School. After high school, he plans to go on a two-year mission for his church. Outside of school, he likes to spend time with family and friends. He also likes to play soccer as he is a part of Selah's varsity soccer team.

 Chloe Myers

 Chloe Myers, a sophomore at Selah High School, is the director of activities for student council. She's involved in the girls' swim team and track and field. Outside of school, she enjoys cooking, hiking, and watching movies with her family. After high school, she plans to attend college to obtain a degree in business and fulfill her dream of creating a sports complex.

Cade Galland is a senior at Selah High School. He enjoys hanging out with his friends, going to the gym, golfing, fishing, and watching sports. He also enjoys traveling to new places. After he graduates high school, he plans on attending a four-year college.

Jesus Robles

Jesus is a student at SHS and has been doing photography for two years now. Outside of school, he can be bound skating, which he has done for seven years. His favorite artists are Kanye West, Mei Semones, The Alchemist, and Earl Sweatshirt. Jesus is excited to be a part of The Viking Voice.

 Daniel De Los Santos

 Daniel is a junior at Selah High School. He enjoys participating in various activities including but not limited to, weightlifting, playing sports, spending time with family and friends, and school.  He hopes that his work ethic and charming looks can lead him to great places in the future. 

Zyan Etrata

 Zyan is involved in football and enjoys hanging out with friends. He loves traveling and plans to travel most of the world throughout his life. Before that, he plans to get a pre-med bachelor's degree to be an anesthesiologist or wherever life takes him.

Naimah Nunez

 Naimah is a freshman and a little bit about her is she plays soccer and wrestles, and she has an online business for stuffed bears. In her free time, she babysits and hangs out with friends. Her favorite food is sushi and wings 

James Juarez

James is a Freshman at Selah High School. After high school, he wants to attend Central Washington University and study law. He has a dog named Necromancer, who loves him, and he's a cutie patootie. He also wants to be a business or family lawyer.

Braden Kotzin is a senior this year. Braden Is a varsity baseball player and has been playing baseball his whole life. He enjoys being outside, he loves skiing and hiking. He also has a passion for music and film. He has been playing drums for almost 8 years and guitar for 2. Braden loves to film and display his creative ideas on video for others to enjoy. He has taken video production the last three years of high school and is enrolled in advanced video productions this year. Braden wants to boost the athletic and music community in Selah using the skills he has and his contributions to the website.

Chad Covell

Chad is a freshman involved in cross country, wrestling, and track. He also enjoys lifting weights, listening to music, and hanging out with friends. After high school, he intends to attend college for a degree in engineering.

Jorge Arias is a senior at Selah High School. He enjoys lifting weights, challenging himself, listening to music, and meeting new people. His favorite class is Social Media Publishing since he is able to express his interests and passions in different forms.

Imagine a dude who can out-sigma even the sigma-est, lifting weights, meditating, and occasionally whispering "stay hard" to the mirror. Watch out, world, because Carson is here to redefine what it means to be an epic, alpha, sigma Navy SEAL! 

Kyle Christenson

Kyle Christenson is a Senior at Selah High School. He likes to go fishing, hang out with friends, go to the gym, listen to music, and experience new things. His favorite subjects in school are any of the ones that involve cameras and being creative. 

Luke Tyrrell

Luke Tyrrell is a senior at Selah High School. He participates in weightlifting in the after-school hours; and enjoys the great outdoors from fishing and hiking to exploring the forests of Washington in search of the elusive Bigfoot. Luke is in pursuit of a future career in agriculture or engineering.

When not practicing, she enjoys watching her younger brother play baseball. Avery is extremely competitive and enjoys spending time with her family.

 Nic is a senior at Selah High School. Next year, he will attend Colorado State University to run track and cross country while pursuing a degree in business. Nic enjoys skiing, power sports, traveling, running, and the outdoors.

Noah Lorton

Noah is a senior at Selah. He plans on attending the University of Idaho in the fall to pursue a degree in civil engineering. Noah enjoys Mariners baseball, hiking, and running hurdles.

Lille Newkirk

Lille Newkirk is a sophomore at Selah High School.  She enjoys hanging out with her friends and being outside.

Titus Sutherland is a Sophomore who loves racing mountain bikes and skiing. He spends his time playing hockey or working as a ski instructor at White Pass, mostly because he is Canadian. School has never been his strong suit, but he wants to share his very different opinion. After High school, he plans on going into the trade of mechanics.

Paige Baker is a junior at Selah High School and a student at CWU through the Running Start program. At school, she is involved in Club Med and went to state for a HOSA competition. She plans to pursue a career in the Medical Field as a Perinatologist.

Timothy Nelson is a junior at Selah High School, he participates in football and FFA. He also enjoys being outdoors. He plans to pursue and career in welding or diesel mechanics.

Belen Astorga is a sophomore at Selah High School who likes to spend her time outdoors. She enjoys playing soccer and spending time with her family. When she graduates from high school, she plans on attending Washington State University and becoming a veterinarian

Nadia Ruiz is a sophomore at Selah High School. She likes being outdoors, playing basketball, and spending time with friends and family.  When she graduates high school, she plans on going to college for cosmetology.

Vaughn Vickers

Vaughn Vickers, a Sophomore at Selah High School, spends most of his time hanging out with his girlfriend, or friends. When not doing that, you can find him working on his truck, riding dirtbikes with friends, playing baseball, fishing, or hunting. After high school, he plans to go to YV Tech for Electrical and pursue a career as an Electrical Engineer.
