The LRC is proud to recognise this year’s Best Book Reviewers, students who have shown a strong commitment to reading by consistently sharing their thoughts and reflections through the Book Review Programme. Their enthusiasm reminds us that reading is not only about finishing a book, but also about thinking deeply, making connections, and expressing ideas.
Congratulations to Ranneline Hermawan Kaewdok (2B), Alita Kimi Gotama (3A), Kim Sung Joo (4B), Brent Arthur Widjaja (5D), and Chanelle Levina Sieto (6C). We are proud to celebrate their achievement and hope their reading journey will continue to inspire others in our school community.
The LRC continues to expand its support for teachers through a growing range of digital resources designed to enrich teaching and learning. Through platforms such as Reading A–Z, JSTOR, and Scribd. Teachers can access a wide variety of materials to strengthen lesson preparation, classroom practice, and inquiry-based learning. Whether you are looking for engaging reading materials, high-quality journal articles, or practical teaching resources, the LRC is here to help you make the most of these valuable tools.
Reading A–Z offers access to thousands of e-books and teaching resources, including informational texts, literature, fluency materials, language development resources, and vocabulary support. With resources organised by grade level, topic sets, and other categories, it is especially useful for supporting classroom learning and enriching the Unit of Inquiry. In addition, teachers who need journal articles to deepen content knowledge or support professional practice can access resources through JSTOR, whilst Scribd provides practical materials and useful references for teaching and learning. We encourage all teachers to maximise the digital resources available through the LRC. Simply contact the librarian for access and support.
