In addition to our Cohort programs, the SEIU Capacity Center focuses on teaching the fundamentals in both virtual and in-person settings, designed to enhance organizing and campaigner skills for all experience levels - from brand new OITs to experienced organizing coordinators and directors.Â
We teach principles, skills, and best practices of union organizing, team leadership and campaign execution for organizing staff of both IU and affiliated locals.Â
