The Organizing Capacity Center's Digital Campaign Institute equips organizing leaders, organizers, communicators and digital staff with the ability to build capacity within their teams and strategically harness the power of digital organizing to win justice.
The program has two main components: a cohort and open-registration workshops.
The Digital Campaign Cohort is a 12-month cohort-based capacity-building program for locals who want to build an effective, skillful digital organizing team to execute winning campaigns. The 2025 cohort is underway; application for the new cohort will be available later this year.
“We’re coming away with real tools & understanding about digital. Field and comms teams are now working together, the teams are functioning better, in ways they never did before [on] campaigns.”
The Center provides training and peer-learning opportunities centered on digital organizing for staff of varied levels working on organizing campaigns. Visit the Organizing Capacity Center calendar for upcoming workshops.
“Content was presented in a very engaging and digestible way that allowed participants of varying levels of experience to understand the information and created a space where it felt comfortable to ask questions.”
