Group 9 /Other ESSER Projects

Planning and organizing student supplies for our students and communities for Three Fiscal Years 22-23, 23-24, 24-25.  In order to ensure that the correct items were ordered it was determined that the Supplies needed to be based on grade level and campus. Teachers' and PLC teams were involved when creating.

Fine Arts Equipment and Supplies.  All programs got support in order to ensure our students get the best experiences returning from in home online Learning.  Marichi, Band, Art, Theater, Guitar from all levels across SEISD

Common Seating across campuses where created. These spaces were intended for the students to be able to dialog and disconnect from electronic devices as the pandemic has caused students to disconnect or only communicate through technology devices.  These spaces ranged from indoor to outdoor ares. 

Student Furniture across the district allowed for teachers and students to develop different seating arrangements allowing for collaboration.  This also allowed the custodial staff to be able to clean and disinfect the surfaces due to the product and material that was used. This project was district wide for all campuses. 

Technology and active play is important to activitae the braing. The Obie Projectors were installed in the Gyms at all elementary schools. Sensor Paths for All elementary schools were ordered. Studies show that movement alogn with content is important to ensure long term memory is in place. Each path was selected by the campus.  They are in the process of getting installed at the campuses, some will get them installed during the summer of 2024.
