Non-ESSER Related Projects/Interim Time
During my time at SEISD I was also assigned Interim assignments:
Interim Administrative Support San Elizario High School July 2023 – September 2023
· Support the campus and assistant principals in any way needed ranging from discipline procedures, beginning of the year planning, facilities, creating systems and procedures, PLC Plan etc.
Interim Athletic Director San Elizario District March 2023 – June 2023
- Organize State Playoffs Soccer, Boys State Top 4 and Girls State Top 8
- Organize Playoffs for Softball and Baseball
- Organize Spring UIL Athletic Events
- Meet with Region Athletic Directors
- Develop and organize a needs assessment for all athletics and implement the needs identified
Worked on a Needs assessment plan for athletics department to include the High School and the middle school, continuing the work of the previous athletic director. Identified facilities such as fencing, branding equipment needs to name a few.

-High School Main Gym floor
-Fernie Madrid Eagle Park upgrades, Playground and Fitness area
-PLC Game Plan for the district
-Master Schedule Game Plan for 23-24 school year, Participate and organize meetings with campuses/department directors
-4 day campus intervention game plan with campus principal
-Identified a plan to help campuses with resources that were not being utilized appropriately
-Applied for the Principals Residency Cycle 7 Grant, Results won't be released until Late January 2024
-Develop Finance and campus meeting by semester
-Finance campus tour, helps those in the team actually see how their involvement is crucial in a district and decisions
Helped develop a secondary Master Schedule system and timeline in order to transition to the 4 day schedule
