ESSER Programs Coordinator

Job description duties include: 

•Plan, execute and evaluate all projects and programs for the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) program

•In collaboration with district and campus personnel, identify the needs of the district and make recommendations regarding the allocation of resources 

•Participate in the drafting of project proposals and reports, including the writing and development of program goals, objectives, and budget

•Monitor ESSER grant-funded programs and their expenditures to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines and ensure that programs are cost effective

•Provides federal guidelines/technical support and leadership to campus and district staff
