The registration portal will open on June 29, 2026.

Registration fee

Society of Exploration Geophysicists of Japan (SEGJ), Korean Society of Earth and Exploration Geophysicists (KSEG), Himpunan Ahli Geofisika Indonesia (HAGI), Vietnam Association of Geophysicists (VAG), Environmental and Engineering Geophysical Society (EEGS), and Society of Petroleum Geophysicists, China (SPG).

The above registration fee includes participation in the symposium, reception, and exhibition area.
An additional fee is required to participate in the field tour (pricing will be announced soon).
Participation in the reception only, as well as participation by accompanying persons in the reception or tour, is also available.

Travel Grants for Student Presenters

• Eligibility is limited to student presenters who are enrolled as students at the time of the symposium. Students attending only as listeners are not eligible.

• Travel expenses will not be fully covered; only partial support will be provided.

• The amount of support will be determined based on the number of applicants and the total available budget.

• Application procedures and an estimated amount of support will be announced at a later date to students whose abstracts have been accepted.

• Approved travel grants will be provided in cash at the registration desk during the symposium.

VISA Application:

Requirements for VISA Application (at least one of the following must be met):

(1) The applicant must be an author or co-author who has submitted an abstract and completed registration, including payment.

(2) The applicant must be an employee of a company exhibiting a booth.
