Presentation instruction 

Language: 

• All slides/posters and presentations should be given in English.

Oral presentations:

• Time: Each presentation is allotted 20 minutes, consisting of a 15-minute presentation and a 5-minute Q&A session.

• Presentation: A Windows PC provided by the symposium will be available for your presentation. You may use either Microsoft PowerPoint or a PDF file for your presentation. If you wish to use your own laptop for your presentation, it can be connected via HDMI. If your laptop requires an adapter, please bring the appropriate one with you. 

• Slide Aspect Ratio: We recommend using a 4:3 slide format. A 16:9 format is also supported, but black bars will appear at the top and bottom of the screen.

Poster presentations

• Size: The poster board is 210 cm high × 90 cm wide. You may arrange your poster freely within the available space; however, we recommend preparing an A0 poster in portrait orientation.

• Core Time: Poster presenters will be divided into two groups, each with an assigned core presentation time. Please be present at your poster during your assigned core time to present your work and answer questions.

• Display Time: All posters may be displayed throughout the symposium, from 10:00 on September 27 until 17:30 on September 29. Please put up and remove your poster yourself, and take it with you when you leave.
