CSF-DC is designed to accomplish the following:

• Support underserved, low-income and first-generation students to high school graduation

• Ensure admission and enrollment for every eligible student at a “best fit” college or university

• Improve college-level educational outcomes (grades and other academic profiles) and foster consistent matriculation

• Support students through to college graduation with minimal debt

• Provide career guidance and assistance to ensure advanced study or entry-level professional employment

• Share expertise and learnings with collaborating community partners and college access providers in order to close the opportunity gap for students in underserved communities
