SOAR (Safe, Organized, Accountable, Respectful)
I do expect that children will do their own work and try their best. My classroom is very structured and I want all students to be safe, kind and respectful.
Monday through Thursday nights students are asked to read for 20 minutes. Please sign their nightly reading log which is located in their take home folder.
Students will also have weekly spelling tests. The words will come home on Friday and tests will be on the following Friday.
Treat others the way you want to be treated.
Raise your hand to talk.
Only 1 person talking at a time.
Work quietly.
Try your best and always do quality work.
Transition from 1 activity to another quickly and quietly.
