Program Advisor – Arkansas Medicaid in the Schools (MITS)
The MITS Program Advisor supports school districts in effectively delivering and billing Medicaid-eligible services in school settings. This role provides training, technical assistance, and monitoring related to Medicaid billing, compliance, and operations, including special education services, personal care, school-based mental health, and vision and hearing screenings.
The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in school-based Medicaid services, enjoys working directly with school districts, and is skilled in training, compliance guidance, and technical support. This position supports ADE School Health Services and Special Education teams and requires in-state and occasional out-of-state travel.
