2023-2024 Fundraising Schedule
♪ We fundraise to offset or totally pay for any trips and activities.
♪ WE NEED PARENT HELP! If you are interested in being a part of the Chorus Boosters to support your child, please contact Mrs. Ulsh or one of the Chorus Booster Officers.
♪ Below is a tentative schedule of fundraisers throughout the year. Please be attentive to emails and messages about changes in the schedule and additional details for the fundraisers.
♪ We are fundraising for small trips this year and for a large trip next year!!
Ongoing Fundraisers
· Chorus/Choir/Music Department gear!
o Hats, blankets, shirts, etc.
o The week-long sale will occur once a marking period during the school year. Times will be announced and advertised at school, as well as our social media pages.
· Previous Music Department t-shirts and long-sleeve shirts are on sale for $5!! We are also promoting a BOGO (buy one, get one) sale on shirts!
August
· Back-to-School Festival- August 27th @ the Rotary Field
o Hosted by the Band
o Chorus Boosters will have a stand at the festival
o What?: 50/50 Raffle, Sell Gear, etc.
o Time: Set up at 2 pm, festival from 3-6 pm, tear down afterwards
