2025-2026 Fundraising Schedule
♪ We fundraise to offset or totally pay for any trips and activities. We are fundraising for small trips, materials for the combined choral students, & the large trip this year!!
♪ WE NEED PARENT HELP! If you are interested in being a part of the Chorus Boosters to support your child, please contact Mrs. Ulsh or one of the Chorus Booster Officers. Contact information is found below.
♪ Below is a tentative schedule of fundraisers throughout the year. Please be attentive to emails and InstaTeam messages about changes in the schedule and additional details for the fundraisers.
♪ BE ADVISED: HONORS CHOIR CARNEGIE HALL TRIP students will fundraise in order to reduce the amount from their individual amount! i.e. Joe earns $54 from a fundraiser. That $54 will be reduced from their total trip amount.
o There will be a “gift of education” link for Carnegie Hall trip students to send to their relatives for monetary help. Stay tuned for more details.
We do not have a free service for online payment platforms at this time. There are online payment platforms, but there is a service charge for each transaction. We are working to resolve this issue.
Until then….SUGGESTION: If the student would like to use online payment platforms for fundraisers, have the customer make a payment to the seller's account. Then, the seller (student) will write a collective check to the Boosters once all the money is collected per fundraiser.

§ Back-to-School Festival- August 24th @ the Rotary Field (Hosted by the Band)
o Chorus Boosters will have a stand at the festival for a 50/50 Raffle, to sell t-shirts, etc.
o Tentative times: Set up at noon, festival from 1-4 pm, tear down afterwards

o There will be a parent and student sign-up to help at the stand before the festival.
