2024-2025 Fundraising Schedule

      We fundraise to offset or totally pay for any trips and activities.

      WE NEED PARENT HELP! If you are interested in being a part of the Chorus Boosters to support your child, please contact Mrs. Ulsh or one of the Chorus Booster Officers.

      Below is a tentative schedule of fundraisers throughout the year. Please be attentive to emails and messages about changes in the schedule and additional details for the fundraisers.

  We are fundraising for small trips and the large trip this year!!

Ongoing Fundraisers

·        Previous Music Department t-shirts and long-sleeve shirts are on sale for $5!! We are also promoting a BOGO (buy one, get one) sale on shirts!

September

§  Mums Sale from Engle’s Greenhouse

Plan for Family Discounts

Accrue more than 10 points- trip cost is $450

Accrue 9 points- trip cost is $475

Accrue 8 points- trip cost is $500

Accrue 7 points- trip cost is $525

Accrue 6 points- trip cost is $550

Accrue 5 points- trip cost is $575

Accrue 4 points- trip cost is $600

Accrue 3 points- trip cost is $625

Accrue 2 points- trip cost is $650

Accrue 1 point- trip cost is $675

Accrue 0 points- trip cost is $700

 

Point values

Back to School Festival- 1 point credit for donation of time

Mum Sale - ½ point credit for any level of participation. 1 point= sell 12 - 24 mums, 2 points= sell 25+ mums, 3 points= the high seller for each band and chorus

MOD Pizza- provide a valid receipt from the date of the fundraiser to receive ½ point credit.

“Sign Me to Williamsburg” -1/2 point credit for completing 15 piano keys. 1 point – completing the keyboard.

R&K / Greenridge Sale - receive ½ point credit for any level of participation.

Poinsettia Sale - ½ point credit for any level of participation. 1 point= sell 5 poinsettias, 2 points= sell 10+ poinsettias, 3 points= to the high seller for each band and chorus

Lottery Calendar -1/2 point credit for any level of participation. 1 point - sell the allotted tickets

Additional Point values- 1 point for donations of time including Back-to-School festival, mum delivery day, Poinsettias delivery day, any other events where volunteers are needed.

2 points - obtain a $100 business sponsor. Sponsorship letter is attached.


*The fundraisers and points system is subject to change at the discretion of the booster organizations. Parents and students will be notified through email about any changes. Please check email regularly. *
