Fundraisers
The Mixed Chorus and Honors Choir will participate in fundraisers on an as-needed basis to help defray the costs of choral trips and other choral needs. To make bookkeeping easier and provide you with a receipt, you should convert all cash into a single check payable to “SAHS Chorus Boosters”. Fundraiser payments should be placed in a sealed envelope clearly labeled with the student’s name, fundraiser title (i.e. Whoopie Pie sale, candle sale, etc.), and amount enclosed. Envelopes are given to Mrs. Ulsh. If a student participates in the scheduled trip, they are expected to fundraise. The Chorus Boosters will help pay for a portion of the trip (with the exception of the Broadway trip). If students do not fundraise, they will be expected to pay full price for the trip. The fundraising schedule is found below.

Ongoing Fundraisers
· Chorus/Choir/Music Department gear!
o Hats, blankets, shirts, etc.
o The week-long sale will occur once a marking period during the school year. Times will be announced and advertised at school, as well as our social media pages.
· Previous Music Department t-shirts and long-sleeve shirts are on sale for $5!! We are also promoting a BOGO (buy one, get one) sale on shirts!
August
· Back-to-School Festival- August 27th @ the Rotary Field
o Hosted by the Band
o Chorus Boosters will have a stand at the festival
o What?: 50/50 Raffle, Sell Gear, etc.
o Time: Set up at 2 pm, festival from 3-6 pm, tear down afterwards
