It wasn’t a fun week for Canyon Crest Academy last week as it had to face two of the top scorers in the section. This sophomore scored 36 points and grabbed 20 rebounds during a 71-40 win. Named as the Player of the Year for the Palomar League, she also had 32 points and 19 rebounds in a win against Rancho Bernardo.
