Athletic Clearance

2024-2025 Athletic Clearance is now open!!!

Please read the instructions carefully as our process has changed

In order to be eligible to tryout and participate on a sports team, you must first complete the athletic clearance process every new school year. All paperwork must be filled out completely and uploaded to Home Campus' site. You must be fully enrolled at TPHS to be considered.


Failure to complete any of these forms will prevent your child from tryouts, practices, and competitions. You are encouraged to complete the process before the deadlines listed.

Athletic Clearance Due Dates:

Fall Sports: Due before June 15, 2024

Winter Sports: Due before October 15, 2024

Spring Sports: Due before January 15, 2025

Step 1 - Create an Online Clearance on Home Campus



Step 2 - Upload ALL required forms listed below as PDF, JPEG, or PNG



Step 3 - Transfer Worksheet (only where applicable)

Step 4 - Mandatory TP Parent and Athlete Presentation (Will be updated soon)


One parent/guardian must complete the presentation hyperlinked above. This is a mandatory requirement. 

All SDUHSD student-athletes are required by the district to attend their school site’s preseason orientation meeting. The student-athlete will not be able to participate in their first contest until they attend the set meeting. The date will be announced AFTER tryouts and rosters are set. If they miss this in-person meeting due to valid reasons, they MUST watch and complete the above presentation in addition to their parent.

It's important to note that if you have already completed this requirement for a previous sport within the same school year, you do not need to complete the presentation again until the following school year.
