With a team-best 345 kills on the season, the senior helped lead the Falcons to the state Open Division title. By posting a 39-2 overall record, Maple led Torrey Pines to the No. 1 ranking in the nation.

With back-to-back 70s over the Admiral Baker South course, the junior annexed her first section championship. That produced a 4-under 140 for Fleming, good enough to win the title by two strokes over Rancho Bernardo’s Vanessa Ho.
