About Me
Hello, My name is Mrs. Vermilyea or Mrs. V! I have been teaching here at CVMS for over 25 years. I teach Adv. STEAM, ART and ASB.
I went to SDSU for my undergraduate degree in ART Education and teaching credential. I then got my Masters Degree in Education from National University. I also received my CTE credential about 3 years ago.
Some of my favorite hobbies are painting, crafting and solving puzzles!
I am married and we have 2 kids, a son named Caden, 23 and daughter named Hailey, 18!
My favorite food is pasta especially chicken parm with a tomato fredo sauce!
I love going to the beach to watch the sunset and hanging out with my family!

My husband teaches Middle School Math, my son graduated from Cal Posy SLO and works in Carlsbad at a Marketing Agency and my daughter is a just graduated from High School and is continuing her education and playing soccer at USD!

I love to paint tropical compositions. I have recently been customizing cornhole boards with different tropical, beach and sunset influences.

I love to cook, but hate cleaning up. Chicken Parmesan with a tomato fredo sauce is one of my specialties!
