COLLEGE ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

• Community College

• California State University (CSU)

• University of California (UC)

• Western Undergraduate Exchange

• Search and explore colleges and the admission requirements

• FERPA: Release of information for your counselor to fill out college forms, release your transcript and write a letter of recommendation. Print, complete and turn in a hard copy to your counselor.

***High school campuses will not be offering in-person college visits. Please refer to college websites for updated admission information including any virtual tours or presentations.  

APPLYING TO COMMUNITY COLLEGE

Community college applications are available in the spring. Go to the specific college website for details and dates/deadlines. Students must be 18 years old OR have a high school diploma to apply. Standardized testing (SAT and/or ACT) is not needed to apply. Students are required to take a math and English placement test to determine course placement. There are practice tests available on the community college website.
