OLP Students Needing a Transcript

Common Application or Coalition Application

For any Common Application colleges you are applying to, your counselor will submit a transcript on your behalf as long as you complete the two steps below:

Mid-Year Transcripts: Your OLP Counselor will automatically submit your Mid-Year Transcripts to Common Application and Coalition Applications if you completed the steps above.

Other Colleges:

For all other colleges (including non Common Application schools) 

Option 1: Complete the steps outlined on the Counselor Letter of Recommendation form.

Option 2: You may also request a transcript be sent from the OLP Registrar by emailing her at Elisa.Rimbach@sduhsd.net 

SENDedu:

For colleges who utilize SENDedu, ask your counselor to send in a transcript on your behalf. You must submit a FERPA form to your counselor and the SENDedu form with the account code. 

UC's and CSU's:

These universities DO NOT require you to submit a transcript with your initial application. 

The CSU and UC colleges will accept your self-reported course history and grades on your application and will notify you via email at some point in the application process when they would like you to send your transcript. It is important to check your email account AND college portal consistently throughout the application process to ensure you are providing the college with the information they request.

All other needs for Official Transcripts:
