Student Withdrawal Information
If you decide to withdrawal from SDA, please be aware that re-enrollment can only be done through the San Dieguito Union High School District's High School Selection process. Below are the steps necessary to withdrawal from SDA:
Obtain a Withdrawal Form from the Registrar's Office (Please allow at least one whole school day to complete the withdrawal process).
Students will take the withdrawal form to his/her teachers for an exit grade and return any textbooks.
Return Chromebook to Mrs. Foote in the Mustang Commons.
4. Return the completed withdrawal form to the Registrar's Office.
5. Transcripts will be sent to the new school when a request for records is made by the new school.
*If you are transferring to La Costa Canyon HS or Torrey Pines HS, you must first meet with your Assistant Principal. Please reach out to the assistant princial's office at (760) 753-1121 ext. 5004 or 5008 to make an appointment.
