Off-Campus Course Request

For information regarding SDUHSD concurrent off-camps courses visit the district's Off-Campus Courses Page . On the district's off-campus page, you will find the Off-Campus Course Permission Request Form.  Return this form along with a course description and evidence of school accreditation and/or UC/CSU approval to SDA's counseling office for approval BEFORE taking the course.

Below are a few reminders when taking classes off-campus:

• Only classes taken after the 8th grade has been completed can go on a high school transcript.

• Request the outside institution to send an official transcript of the final grade and credits earned to the SDA Registrar.

• Credits cannot be posted to an SDA transcript without an Off-Campus Course Permission Request Form on file.

• Graduating Seniors need to have off-campus credits completed and a transcript received in the Registrar's Office by May 24, 2024.
