Off-Campus Course Request
For information regarding SDUHSD concurrent off-camps courses visit the district's Off-Campus Courses Page . On the district's off-campus page, you will find the Off-Campus Course Permission Request Form. Return this form along with a course description and evidence of school accreditation and/or UC/CSU approval to SDA's counseling office for approval BEFORE taking the course.
Below are a few reminders when taking classes off-campus:
Only classes taken after the 8th grade has been completed can go on a high school transcript.
Request the outside institution to send an official transcript of the final grade and credits earned to the SDA Registrar.
Credits cannot be posted to an SDA transcript without an Off-Campus Course Permission Request Form on file.
Graduating Seniors need to have off-campus credits completed and a transcript received in the Registrar's Office by May 24, 2024.
