Off-Campus Course Request
For information about concurrent off-camps courses, please visit the district's Off-Campus Courses Page . On that page, you'll find the Off-Campus Course Permission Request Form. This form, along with a course description and documentation of school accreditation and /or UC/CSU approval, must be submitted to your counselor before you enroll in the course.
Below are a few reminders when taking classes off-campus:
Only classes taken after the 8th grade has been completed can go on a high school transcript.
Request the outside institution to send an official transcript of the final grade and credits earned to the SDA Registrar.
Credits cannot be posted to an SDA transcript without an Off-Campus Course Permission Request Form on file.
Graduating Seniors need to have off-campus credits completed and a transcript received in the Registrar's Office by May 24, 2024.
