Current Student Transcript Request
Unofficial Transcripts- Can be viewed anytime through your Student/Parent Aeries Portal Account.
Official Transcripts in Person- Submit a Transcript Request Form during school hours. If you are under the age of 18, a parent's signature is required on the form.
Online (Parchment)- Order through the Parchment transcript service. Requests are securely sent to colleges, universities, or scholarship organizations. You can track your request online and confirm delivery. (Please note: A small fee applies for this service.)
NCAA- Pick up an NCAA Transcript Request Form from the Registrar's office.
Alumni Transcript Request
In Person- Submit a Transcript Request Form during school hours. Official transcripts are usually completed within 24-48 hours.

Transcripts for Graduates BEFORE 1991- Please email your transcript request to cathy.shroyer@sduhsd.net. In your email, be sure to include your legal name at the time of enrollment, year of graduation, or the last year you attended, the school you graduated from or last attended, and the full address where you would like the transcript sent.
Education Verification Request
1991 to Present- Outside agencies requesting verification of graduation for a former student must provide a signed release of information. Requests may be sent by fax to (760) 753-8142 or emailed to sdaregistrar@sduhsd.net.
