Identified Area of Growth
Cybersecurity for Staff professional development are areas that show great growth potential. Equipping the staff with professional development and best practice guidelines helps secure student and staff data privacy while also embracing new digital communication forums as safely as possible.
Plan to Address Area of Growth
Currently, the District is assessing our network and cybersecurity. This data will be used to create an action plan. Digital citizenship, data privacy, and cybersecurity will continue to be on the District Professional Development needs list so that student information is protected.
Potential Future Directions for Library Program
The Library Program will continue to teach and reinforce digital citizenship and provide professional development for staff through the library.
