GUIDELINES IN USING THE CESO DIGITAL VOLUNTEERS PORTAL
Digital Approval Form
The activity proposal and approval digital form provides access to SDCA volunteers (students and employees) to initiate, propose, and conduct community extension and outreach programs. The submission of the activity approval form must conform to the following guidelines:
The date of filing of the approval form should be at least 10 days before the date of the activity.
For Community Extension Programs, the activity must be aligned to the professional skills and competency of the volunteer group.
The activity must support the vision, mission, and goals of the institution - St. Dominic College of Asia
Take note that the approval of the project will take about 3 - 5 working days and you will get notified via email upon the approval of the activity.
Post Activity Report
The Post Activity Report summarizes the Community Service Activity. It in provides an access for the volunteer group to submit the list of volunteers who were able to take part during the activity.
Take note that incomplete and invalid requirements will not be accepted and the form will need to be resubmitted again. For the CES Digital Attendance Form, you can access it via the volunteers portal (Post Activity Report Page) of the CES Microsite.
