Div. 6 uses a classroom economy where students apply for classroom jobs, earn a monthly salary, pay rent on their desks and make decisions about saving or spending their classroom dollars. Students also learn to use our online banking system to check their balance, make payments, and purchase items from our online marketplace. It’s a playful way to teach responsibility, financial literacy, and real‑life decision‑making. Most importantly, it helps students see how their contributions and habits shape the positive learning environment we build together.
