About Mrs. Myttenar

I have been teaching in the Victoria school district for 15 years and have worked at a number of schools teaching mainly grades 3-5 and Music. This is my seventh year at Lake Hill, and I’m very excited to be returning to the school community. I love the new experiences, lessons, and learning that each day in the classroom brings.

In my spare time I love to bake, go for walks, and explore the beautiful beaches, trails and parks Victoria has to offer. I enjoy reading, especially searching out potential new read alouds for class.

In addition to classroom teaching, I am busy with two sweet kids of my own, Ben who is 11 and Erin who is eight (I’ll try to limit the tales I tell of my troublesome duo). I also have a cat, Lola, who warms my heart and my lap on a daily basis.
