The JLPT (日本語能力試験)is a standardized test which you can take to test your functional level of Japanese. N5 is easiest level for upper-beginners and N1 is about the same level as a university-level native speaker.
This website made by the Japan Foundation has a variety of lessons starting with beginner level and including skits and videos, grammar and more. There's a few different levels. The one on the screen snip here is A2, but I've linked the base site which has more levels too.
