Mountain West brought some redemption after Bozeman. 8 PR's, and 2 PB's and hard competition in the HUGE races. We survived Homecoming week and head into a big week of training, with Varsity only attending the Bob FIrman Invitational.
Wednesday = 6:15 am practice meet in weight room and bring a headlamp!

11:20 am Girls Elite
11:50 am Boys Elite - Carson, Chris, Brodyn, Colt
12:45 pm leave course
6:00 pm (Mountain time) return FHS
