FLATHEAD CROSS COUNTRY

7 on 7 Invite was a hot but super fun day for all runners. We had some PR's and SB's and a lot of strong tough races that times didn't reflect.  We are sad that it was our last meet with our full team.  Season came and went too fast.  We have grown so much as a team and improved times through the journey.  We will miss our JV runners as the State team continues training for State on October 24th.

Banquet is Tuesday November 3rd at 5pm in the FHS Flex Space.  Runners bring a desert to share!
