Helps their peer with organization and preparation
Assists their peer during arrival time and/or dismissal time
Are paired based on logistical factors and leadership qualities
Some are Community Helpers and help with fundraisers
Foster inclusion, especially Life Skills Helpers
Participate in skill building lessons and activities
Are Respectful, Responsible, and Reliable
