School Counselor
Services
Provides interventions and counseling services to support student success in their learning environment
Tier 1 (All): Check-ins, Bi-weekly class lessons, Lunch Bunches, Peer Mediation, etc.
Tier 2 (Some): Small-Group Counseling, Individual Counseling (short term or need based), Behavior Interventions
Tier 3 (Few): Crisis Counseling, Risk Assessment, Emotion Dysregulation
Referral Options
Caregiver communication with Teacher and/or School Counselor
Teacher and School Counselor collaboration
Tier 1 services are automatically applied
Tier 2 services are provided with Caregiver permission
Tier 3 services are provided with Caregiver permission (if immediate intervention is required, Caregiver will be contacted for follow-up)
