Admin:
Determine what assessments will be collected for planning purposes for the year (whole school)
Determine and publish when Fall assessments will be collected (ideally no later than the mid-November)
Create an assessment calendar for planning (in collaboration with staff and admin) *review Option 1 (CSL timeline), Option 2 (set report dates)
Determine who will be trained to input data into Edplan Insight (or submitted if applies)
Identify what training is required for successfully filling in the tracking sheet
Teacher:
Ongoing baseline data assessments (using an assessment that measures the aspects of ELP, reading, writing, numeracy)
Identify those students that have not yet mastered the previous year's ELP skills (grades 1-3) and re-assess for mastery (ongoing)
Begin to share evidence of learning with families
Identify which students will benefit from FSA supports and initiate scheduling

Organize your FSA scheduling and supports
Teacher/LST:
