Identify the assessment practices in your school and what ProD and supports are needed at any given time in the school year.

Make sure teachers have access to the assessments needed (convenience is important -ex. not having to share one PM box)

How can you get creative on supporting workload, recognizing assessment takes time but is also part of the job?

Determine what other school-wide data you collect (Connections, Wellness, Critical thinking etc.)
