Rules and Expectations
Rules and Expectations
The children who ride the bus will be picked up and dropped off in front of your home or daycare center (if located in our school district). The pick up and drop off site must be consistent on a daily basis. The driver is not allowed to leave the bus, so you must put your child on the bus and secure his seat belt. For the return trip an adult must be waiting for the child and he/she must also remove the child from the bus. It is expected that your child remain in his or her seat, sitting quietly, while riding the bus. If your child weighs less than 40 pounds, they must be in a car seat provided by First Studentl. If your child is unable to remain seated and ride the bus safely, a safety vest will be made available to them. This is for your child's safety.
