Mr. Popper is obsessed about Antarctica, so he writes a note to one of the explorers there. Then the explorer sends him a Penguin in the mail.
Easy reading and funny!
What I liked best about the book:
The penguins liked to slide down the stairs on their bellies.
What I didn't really like about the book:
That Mr. Popper went to jail.

I liked the twists and turns throughout the book and the plot twists were keeping you on your seat.

This book is about a girl called Melody:
Melody cant talk, but she's a genius. She's on the school's team to go around and answer questions. She is not very good at math questions. Melody tries to go to Washington, but her team went early without telling her. There is a storm so she can't go. She is also in the class with kids who have disabilities.
What did you like most about the book?
I like how Melody is a genius but everyone thinks she's stupid. Until she shows them wrong.
Was there anything you didn't like about the book?
No! Everything was great!
