This is a play posit video we will use as homework. It goes over different skills and concepts we use in Physical Education.
Basic Rules
The students can hold the ball for 3 seconds and take 3 steps with the ball. If it is more than 3, the other team gets the ball. If the ball is not caught and hits the ground, the other team gets the ball. The best way to move the ball up and down the court is by making small passes instead of long passes. The long passes usually get dropped.
Defense
Defense can't grab the ball out of hands. They can block or intercept passes. Hands need to stay off the offensive team. There should not be anyone standing around. Each person should be matched up with a person from the other team so they can switch off from offense and defense.
Students Not Playing
The students not playing, sit on the sideline with their team until it is their turn to go play. We rotate after every score. The winning team stays on.
Goalie
The goalie stands inside the doorway. They are the only in the goal area. Once a goal is shot, anyone can rebound the ball.
