World History is a year-long course that is based on the Indiana standards. This course will provide students an understanding of the history of the world from prehistoric times to modern times. We will identify historical perspectives, read primary source documents, and form our own opinions on why a person or event changed the course of history. By the completion of this course, you will be able to understand the story of people and how people’s decisions and choices have influenced the world throughout different time periods.
