Being part of our band doesn't need to stop because we're at home! Students can join our virtual band! As a member of our virtual band, students will learn how to play with a "click track" recording and how to record themselves. I have made a YouTube tutorial to help guide students through the process of recording themselves. Click HERE for the tutorial!
The second piece that our virtual ensemble is working on is "Distant Journey", this is a piece that we were working on in band for our spring concert. Here is a playlist that your child can listen to and practice their "click track" with. Click HERE for the "Distant Journey" playlist (make sure to scroll down).
Please share this information with your child, if they are struggling after watching the tutorial and practicing a few times with the "click track," feel free to send me an email and I can set up a video conference to help them out. kleaf@scv35.org
