How to Get Help

Crisis Resources

It is okay not to be okay. These crisis resources are available 24/7. They are completely free and confidential. If you know someone who may need these resources, kindly pass this information along to them.

Request Support

We are here to lend an ear, and to work with you in getting the support you need. Students and parents/guardians are welcome to set up a time to meet with our wellness staff. Simply click on the button below and fill out the online form. Your responses on the form, as well as the conversation with our wellness staff, are confidential (unless there are any significant safety concerns that needs to be addressed right away). Students under 18 can give verbal consent themselves to access mental health support for the initial meeting. They will need a parent signature on our consent form for any subsequent meetings they request.

Mental health service outside of school is a great option if you and your family are facing issues that are long-standing and cause significant impact, and if you are seeking ongoing support beyond the school year. Santa Clara Unified Schoool District is partnering with an organization called Care Solace to connect individuals to local mental health service providers.

Care Solace's proprietary care navigation system taps into a vast database of mental healthcare resources to find carefully vetted local therapists and programs in minutes.

It takes into account all types of private insurance. It includes Medi-Cal, Medicaid, and Medicare and those that have no insurance. The platform also filters by age, gender, zip code and special request.

Care Solace is available for use by Santa Clara Unified School District students and families at no cost. Care Solace does not require any address or date of birth. All information entered on the Care Solace tool is completely confidential and securely stored.
