Self-care is important because when we take good care of ourselves as adults, we can take better care of our students. As part of my self-care, I enjoy reading, biking, and hiking.

Hello! My name is Isabel Hernández and my pronouns are she/her. My role as the community health outreach worker is to be the first point of contact for students at the Wellness Center, organize wellness activities, and connect the center with resources in the community.


I am overjoyed to be a part of the Wilcox Wellness team and look forward to building relationships with the school community. I am passionate about mental health and encourage others to speak about their feelings. Mental health is an important component to an individual's overall health and wellbeing. Feel free to drop by and visit the Wellness Center; we are a safe space for an individual to relax or have someone to talk to.


In my free time, I enjoy going on mini road trips, going on walks, and spending time with friends and family.

Welcome! My name is Meredith Roberts, and I am a therapist in the Wellness Center at Wilcox High School. I invite you to come and see me for mental health support for all things teen stress related.

My primary goal is to offer students and families a non-judgmental, safe, and warm space to work through the difficulties and transitions that accompany high school life. I am grateful to be part of the Wilcox community, and look forward to working with and supporting each of you.

In my free time you can find me outside hiking or walking with Hugo (my favorite furry friend), traveling, listening to music, eating good food, and spending time with family and friends.

Hi! My name is Isabella (Bella) Vasper. My role as a counseling associate is to provide wellness services to the students of Wilcox High School by meeting with students for check-ins, individual counseling, and group counseling sessions. I am passionate about supporting students as they find their own paths to wellness. In my free time, I enjoy making food to share with family and friends, planning future vacations, and gardening.

Hi! My name is Allison (Ali) Ivancovich. I am a counseling intern finishing up my master’s degree to become a marriage and family therapist. I am here to provide a safe space and emotional support to students and help them develop skills to promote their well-being and success. I am passionate about helping students navigate their difficulties and supporting their growth. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with family and friends, hiking, and reading.
