Hi! My role as the wellness coordinator is to oversee the wellness program at Wilcox. Some of my responsibilities include:
Coordinate school-based mental health support for students and refer families to community resources.
Collaborate with parents/guardians and school staff in addressing our students' social-emotional needs
Offer ongoing clinical support to our wellness counseling associate who provide mental health services to our students, as well as field work supervision to our social work intern.
Provide emotional support to students, and help them develop skills to promote their well-being.
I am proud to be one of many caring adults on campus who are dedicated to helping our students be the best person they can be.
Self-care is important because when we take good care of ourselves as adults, we can take better care of our students. As part of my self-care, I enjoy reading, biking, and hiking.
Community Health Outreach Worker

Hello! My name is Isabel Hernández and my pronouns are she/her. My role as the community health outreach worker is to be the first point of contact for students at the Wellness Center, organize wellness activities, and connect the center with resources in the community.
I am overjoyed to be a part of the Wilcox Wellness team and look forward to building relationships with the school community. I am passionate about mental health and encourage others to speak about their feelings. Mental health is an important component to an individual's overall health and wellbeing. Feel free to drop by and visit the Wellness Center; we are a safe space for an individual to relax or have someone to talk to.
In my free time, I enjoy going on mini road trips, going on walks, and spending time with friends and family.

Hi! My name is Isabella (Bella) Vasper. My role as a counseling associate is to provide wellness services to the students of Wilcox High School by meeting with students for check-ins, individual counseling, and group counseling sessions. I am passionate about supporting students as they find their own paths to wellness.
In my free time, I enjoy making food to share with family and friends, planning future vacations, and gardening.

Hello! My name is Adrianna Heads I am a MSW, PPSC intern dedicated to supporting the students of Wilcox High School. In my role, I provide wellness services through individual and group counseling, as well as regular check-ins. My passion for mental health and working with students drives me to create a supportive and positive environment where they can thrive!
In my free time, I love hanging out with my partner and our dog, Maya. I’m really into working out and hiking, and I’m a big fan of video games. I also enjoy exploring new places and traveling whenever I can.
