Centerstone Youth Resilience Clinic has recently opened.  The clinic is designed to stabilize and reintegrate youth ages 12 to 18. They offer short-term care (up to 23 hours inpatient) for individuals experiencing a mental health crisis or at risk of self-harm/harm to others.  They are open 24/7.  They also offer an intensive outpatient treatment center to treat continued self-harm, substance abuse, or psychosis.
