In a nutshell, if you want to find NEPA data, you can do searches similar to the old system using the icons at the top for images, text and/or pages, and the pub date to trim down... 

Unlike the TSC system however - where you picked a 'service ID', you will instead need to add a 'publication' query - and then type in the exact pub name to narrow the data down to an individual NEPA product using the names (you can also see some names of other regional pubs in the list above that defines DFPA):

Similar to the TSC Merlin you can also add a Publication date, you can use the 'is' option or change to meet your needs and enter any date between your start date in Saxo through today...
