RESENDING A PAGE:
If a page needs to be resent before 3pm day of the deadline there is nothing that needs to be done, after that you can Call 610-601-4193 or email jroctp@21st-centurymedia.com
Any page updated after the deadline will be ignored. There are no chasers.
GENERAL ISSUES OR CONCERNS:
If there are issues or concerns on a page, Pre-Press will continue to contact The Page Production HUB-Dan and work with the newsrooms to support a fix, resend, or confirm the issue is okay as is.
If after-hours or an emergency, call contact Allen Pytlik at 570-815-3824 or Matt Buzinski 609-638-1369.
Prepress also monitors the NEPA PREPRESS SUPPORT google chat group after hours for general support involving page and press issues. - If you do not have access to this chat space and would like to be added please contact Allen Pytlik at apytlik@scrantontimes.com
