Follow-up at least once
Teacher Request MTSS Support and/or provide Minor or Major Offense through Synergy and will receive either:
General recommended supports for Tier 1 & 2
Parent/Guardian- Teacher Meeting (MTSS Specialist will be available to help prepare for and/or attend the meeting) (Parent/Guardian-Teacher Meeting)
Individual MTSS Plan for Tier 2 support
Implementation of the MTSS Plan Tier 2 support with progress monitoring
Student Success Team (SST)
Steps for Support -- Special Education
Students with Academic (SAI) IEPs
Students who have Specialized Academic Instruction in academic areas:
Teacher Request for support from Case manager and will receive either:
Review of accommodations & modifications within the classroom
Staffing Meeting: Internal meeting to review current minutes, placement, concerns in order to support student’s needs
Team meeting or IEP amendment meeting pending decision
Parent/Guardian-Teacher Communication
Regular communication:

Students with Speech ONLY IEPs
Follow the General Education MTSS Request for Support
MTSS team will loop in Speech Case Manager
If, after one round of intervention (4-6 weeks), refer to case manager
