Canvas is the Learning Management System (LMS) used at Scottsdale Community College (SCC) and all of the Maricopa Community Colleges except Rio Salado College. The SCC Math Department uses Canvas as an initial landing page and then uses MOER as an LMS. Instructors can use Canvas to host course content and teach online, live online, hybrid or simply upload course materials as a support for in-person classes (web-enhanced). Canvas is intuitive and easy to use!

Import a Canvas Live Online Course Template
This is an "instructional design" template for a live online Canvas course. It consists of modules with customizable pages. Download the Canvas Course Export Package, and import the package into Canvas by following the instructions in this Canvas Guide.
Access Canvas Guides and the Canvas Community
Canvas provides a variety of How-To Guides and Videos designed for instructors and students as well as a new Canvas Community where you can find answers to frequently asked questions or pose a new question. You can access these by:
